You'll be sailing in the Solent while learning and demonstrating the skills in the syllabus. All courses are very active where everyone will be expected to participate. You will be sleeping aboard one of the Hallberg Rassy yachts owned by JLPSC, visiting a different port each night. You will be expected to get involved with household tasks such as meal preparation, and cleaning the boat thoroughly prior to departure. We will provide lifejackets and waterproof jackets/trousers, you will need to bring suitable footwear. The fee also includes meals aboard and overnight stays in marinas within reason. Alcoholic drinks and treats are not included. Crew size is limited to four trainees per course to maximise pupil/instructor contact time.
