The Honorary Treasurer manages the finance function of LTSC and reports to the Executive on finance related matters. The current incumbent, Richard Thornton, is standing down at the next AGM on the 8th March 2025, so we are looking for a replacement. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Richard for all his sterling work in the role.

The role does not require an accounting qualification, but knowledge of Ledgers, P/L and Balance Sheets is helpful. Technical information around Accounting, VAT and Tax is provided by the LTSC external accountant. Daily bookkeeping is provided by our Finance Manager in the office.

Richard will provide a full handover and will be available for questions after he leaves the role.
