Run jointly by Royal Lymington Yacht Club (RLymYC) and Lymington Town Sailing Club (LTSC), the Lymington Dinghy Regatta offers two days of racing in the Solent. The event supported by local Company, Harken UK has developed in recent years to be a very popular opportunity for local sailors to race in bigger fleets of all local classes against some high-quality visiting teams.

Two races each day are scheduled for PY handicap fleets and Lightning 368s. Three races each day are scheduled for RS Aeros, RS500s, RS700s, RS800s and Musto Skiffs.
 
Camping is available a very short walk away at the Sea Scouts field; please book through the online entry system.

There will be a great social evening at RLymYC and they will be serving a sailing supper which will need to be booked in advance (details will be sent to entrants) as well as the now legendary tea and doughnuts after racing each day.

In addition to the Official Notice Board, the Organising Authority may send messages to competitors and support persons via the Event Messaging System, Telegram.
 
Telegram is similar to WhatsApp, but has better privacy (phone numbers are not public), it does not limit groups to 150 people and allows new arrivals to see existing messages.
