Regular events

In addition to the Annual Events and the Winter Talks, the club hosts many regular, informal social events. Some are listed below, and members are advised to keep an eye on the Club Calendar for the full listings. The Social Committee are always keen consider new ideas, so feel free to contact the Social Committee Chairman.

Quiz Nights

During winter months a Quiz Night is held every four weeks (except December) with questions set by our gallant volunteer hosts – new volunteers are always welcome.  There are prizes for members of the winning team and for the runner up too. Needless to say the question masters are always right! Make up a table of 8 or just come along and join in a team. All are welcome especially new members. Supper is available from 6.30pm with the Quiz, costing £1.50, starting at 7.45pm.

Ladies Lunches

Ladies lunches are held now and again at the club come along for a light lunch and good company, all are welcome. Watch the calendar for the next date.

Coffee mornings

Coffee mornings are held in the Solent Room and offer coffee, biscuits and the sale of many interesting items from a variety of stalls. Monies raised are used to improve facilities at our club house. Watch the calendar for next date.
