Reciprocal membership arranged with Dartmouth Yacht Club
At Dartmouth on 1^st June the Vice Commodores of LTSC and the Dartmouth YC shook hands and exchanged club burgees to mark a reciprocal membership agreement between our two clubs. Founded in 1950 the Dartmouth Yacht Club has a superb location on the river Dart, looking over to Kingswear and past the castle to the harbour entrance. In 1620 the Pilgrim Fathers set sail from Bayard’s Cove close to the clubhouse. The club has a friendly atmosphere, a well stocked bar, excellent food and snacks, and full shower facilities. If you are going to Dartmouth you must call in. Directly above the club is the independently run “Sails” restaurant which is superb. The club website is www.dartmouthYC.org.uk or phone 01803 832305
